Sofiah starts us off with a beautiful intention setting using crystal singing bowls for the sacral and third eye chakras and goes on to remind us of the importance of staying present and centred in our bodies and expressing our creative, sacred feminine power through our bodies.

She shares vulnerably about her journey with trying to conceive, forming an ever deeper connection with her womb through her pregnancy and how the experience of miscarriage and nearly losing her life eventually became a possibility to transmute her deep grief into creativity, healing and birthing her soul gifts through the Temple Body Arts School.
